The left signal clicks very fast. However is not working. The bulb is also cracked. The codes are Po420 and Po430. Thanks.

It's clicking fast because the bulb is burned out.

The codes refer to the efficiency of the two catalytic converters.

The car problems may exist. But if the problem is corrected by the mechanic, Will I still have to have the codes removed by the Dealership?

Codes can be removed by a scanner. As far as the signal flashing fast, replace the burned out bulb.
