My car ildles high when car is started up or driving. The RPM moves from 1 to 3 on down. It cuts off after it has idle high. No mechanic seems to know the problem. They have tried and changed e everything and its not responding to anything

What are the everything you have mentioned?
Did the problem start after any repairs?

I was driving and came to the light, when put my foot on gas to go the rpm went high and then the car shut off. It started back up but everytime to come to a stop it shuts off again

There's no trouble code but the engine check light is oneday

The Engine check light on means there a re trouble codes. Get a scan dne and post the EXACT trouble code here.

Most parts stores provides free scanning services. I believe you need new mechanics, someone who knows what they are doing.
