When the truck shuts off at stop its like the keys just turned off! But then when the key is reset it starts right back up. On rainy days its much worse! Today it stalled out 8 times! Everything looks good under the hood but hey I cant figure this one out please help!

This may be caused by water leaking onto the engine. There is a technical service bulletin from the dealer for this type of problem.
Any dealer can diagnose this for sure and get you the parts. This is the first thing I would suspect.
If you want to test it you can dump some water on your windshield and when it is done draining you can open your hood and see if it has gotten your engine wet.
