What's wrong when the rear air doesn't get warm in a 2003 dodge durango slt?

If the front is getting hot, there is a seperate blend air door for the rear. Chances are it isn't working to allow heat to enter the vehicle.

Yes the front heat and air works great! The rear doesn't blow hot air, just cold or what ever the temperature is outside. How would I fix it?

The blend air door is responsible for providing heat or AC. If it isn't working, you will get only one or the other. You need to have that checked. If I recall, part of the dashboard needs removed to access it on your vehicle.
