anti freeze leak

I have a 2003 Dodge Durango v-8 4.7l, 68k miles, recently noticed a slight leak of antifreeze, took to mechanic had system pressure tested result no leak in system, what else could it be from?

If you see coolant, there is a chance it came out of the overflow or from the hose that goes from the top of the radiator to the over flow. Check that. If the problem continues, have your mechanic place a dye in the coolant. Drive the vehicle for a week or so and then he can check for leaks with a black light. The dye will glow and that usually lead to the leak.
