My wipers on my 2003 caravan will operate, at times, without the switch being activated. The only way to make them stop is to pull the fuze. Is this a motor, switch or module problem?

this is a fairly common problem for chrysler products. some have been unable to find a permanent solution. most have temp fixed by replacing parts. yours does not sound like switch.

my first thing to inspect with stop and start wipers is the motor assembly ground strap/bolt if it applies.
