What is this noise that my van is making?

I have a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan and it started making a strange noise about a week ago. When I start it up and while pressing the accelerator as I'm driving, it makes this sound. The best way to explain it is, it sounds like a dentist drill. Could you tell me what it could be?

have a local pro listen to it as we can't really give a good diagnosis not being able to hear it. it may be an alternator bearing though.
