powersteering noise

2003 dodge caravan v-6 has a power steering noise all the time , louder when you make a turn. power steering works fine except for noise, had p.s. pump replaced did not help noise at all, any info appreciated.

Power steering pumps can make noise for several reasons. 1) The pump is cavitating due to low oil level or air bubbles in the oil 2) The pump is internally compromised (read: broken or contaminated) 3) The pump is deadheaded (running against a blocked or partially blocked load) You stated that the pump had been replaced, you did not state if the replacement was a new pump or a used pump or if that work had a warranty attached. This might or might not help, but its a place to start.
