noise under van

My van makes a whistling like noise from underneath the van (not the hood), but only after driving it for a long period of time. we had it looked at today but they couldn't find the problem because it wasn't currently making the noise. We tried driving the van for a while and couldn't get it to make the noise. do you have any ideas what the problem could be?

it may be a shield loose causing it or rivets broken on converter shield.

Hello,

With noises its best if you can take a video with your phone and then upload it and send us a link so we can hear what the problem is and have a better idea on what it will take to fixed it.
