The wipers radio and blower fan all work right up until the van is turned to the running position and started and when the van is running and i push the rear wiper button the radio will turn on when the back wiper is mid swipe then right back off the computer has been replaced twice and no success i am at a loss on what to do

check grounds on car battery to body, battery to engine one is by starter and another by pcm. also check radio ground right side of dash and wiper is behind right side of dash.
