My van is idling rough at times and will stall sometimes. It drives fine at regular speeds but if i step into it, it hesitates but at the same time the rpm's go up. It doesn't seem like it's having trouble shifting but I'm not sure so I can't rule our transmission. It the transmission is going I will most likely scrap it so I wanted to try a couple of other things first. I see that the EGR valve could cause the rough idle and I'm not sure about the hesitation. In any event I can't seem to find a replacement EGR valve on line for the 2003. I seem to be able to find every other year but 2003. Could it be the EGR valve and if so how do I find one?
