Does 2003 basic 4 cylinder model have timing chain or belt? If timing belt breaks does motor free wheel to stop or will lots of damage be done?

This engine uses a timing chain with guide shoes. It is not listed as an interference engine so there should be no damage to the valves if anything happens to those parts.
I used the Rock Auto site. They're usually pretty accurate, but there weren't many parts listed for his model.
