Alarm reset?

When I try to start my van it wont turn over and the anti-theft light on the dash board starts to blink and dont know where is it located so it can be checked

The first thing you need to do is scan the van for codes thats your starting point but we can reset the system by using this guide

I did and it's telling me it has to do with the anti-theft system. My van wont start or even crank all dash board light's work fine all interior lights work fine all power window and power doors work radio, heater work by passed the starter and its good changed ignition switch battery is new checked alternator its good. Checked fuses relays battery wires. But when I go to turn on the van the anti-theft light on dash board start's to blink.

It ended up being the battery was low on charge I got as new one everything starting working normally again, thanks for your help on this.
