2003 Chrysler Town Country Daughter Hears Gurgling Sound Inside Van Drives

My daughter says she hears a gurgling sound inside her van and when she drives it for awhile it starts to smoke around the radiator area. Thje temp gauge never goes over half way and it doesn't leak anything. Give me some ideas!!!

it may be an air poscket to heater from coolant, check coolant level first
