2003 Chrysler Sebring Lights

Interior lights went out after hooking up a radio. It also caused the automatic door locks to go out. The door locks only work if the key is on. The rear-view mirror compass/temperature went out. What could be wrong? I checked all the fuses and none of them were blown or even going bad.

scan it to see if etac module is ok also check fuses 22&23 underhood fuse box
