Inner tie rod ends don't need to be replaced unless they were bent in a crash. The bushings are a very low failure item but should cost around 20 bucks. Should take less than an hour to replace them. If the inners are replaced the car will need an alignment too which typically runs around $60.00 and takes about an hour.
