All power windows on Chrysler Cirrus won't work. It's not the relay. Where do I look next?

I checked all the fuses and breakers to the side of the dash and under the hood and everything looks good. I put different breakers in and still no window movement from any location.

Already checked the power window breaker and substituted another to be sure and that was not the problem. It's not the breaker. As I ask in my original question where do I look for a solution next?
