Is it common for the heads to crack or more so a block it happened instantly at about 45mph

there was no coolant leakage driving along started missing plud over had towed home I pull the plugs #1 has coolant coming out of the radiator when I air up the cylinder.I do have to rotate the crank to a spot for this to happen.
