The air started blowing out hot air, so I added antifreeze. I turned on the air and it's still blowing out hot air. I did this before and the air became colder, but this time it didn't work, so I don't know what my next step should be.

you need to see what the Freon level Is inside the a/c not antifreeze. it probably has a leak or the temp actuator is n't working and not allowingit to either close or open.
