head bolt torque sequence?

new head gasket to be installed. need torque specs. And would I need to use any thread lock?

Torque to 60Nm or 44ft lb, turn a further 95deg using a torque angle meter, use no sealant but oil the threads and the bolt flange. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
