my 2003 chevy 3500 engine light started flashing then the truck died no scan coeds and nothing for dash lights truck wont even start nothing know any ideas

get it scanned again and run a freeze frame on it to see if it shows up there. As long as you didn't clear any codes it may show up. Then check the fuel pressure and crank and cam sensors.
