Ok when i turn on my a/c my RPMS go up and down and the compressor kicks on and off. It gets bad enought that if stalls the car out. If i turn a/c off it quits. The blower motor works just fine its just something with the a/c compressor.

The stalling may be as jacobandnickolas advised but the fast cycling of the the compressor could be due to low refrigerant or a blockage in the system.
