Vehicle was recently jump started, new battery. Checked all visual fuses.

#1 setting on the fan speed does not work and the air conditioning and heat will only come out from the heater vents on the floor and defrost setting.

Blower resistor sounds like it failed. Under right side of dash by the blower motor.

The mode door motor may have failed for the air controls. You need a shop to check this with a scan tool. They can manually run these to verify.
