Check engine light on-diagnostic says p0305, but after replacing cylinder, comes back on. Mechanic says diagnostic was incorrect/suzuki reversed cylinder numbers? Big problem possible. What to do next.

I'm not sure what was done. You have a misfire on cyl 5. You can't replace a cylender. What was done by the mechanic?

New cyl 5 inj/multiport inj, repl fuel inj 1, new int manifold set-all done by mechanic.
