what is wrong with my transmission?

when i put it in drive to take off it is like its actually trying to take off in drive not 1st so it barly takes off. I checked the fluid and its full can u help me?

Do you have a check engine light? Check the exhaust system for restriction if okay-could be slipping/shift solenoid problem-bring it in and have the transmission pressure tested-
