wirring harnnes

we took the hole wiriness harness off mt 2003 Tahoe to fix wires put back on it is running slow and codes keep popping up. does it need to reset

What codes? If you are now getting codes you didn't have before, chances are something isn't wired properly or there is an open circuit. Recheck the wiring repairs and connections.
