the windshield wipers on my 2003 tahoe hesitate, when on they***** and stop briefly. I replace a deley panel on my 98 and fixed it but couldnt find it on the 03.

It;s there. The outer cover is the module. It just looks different now. It's the part the plug goes into https://www.2carpros.com/images/external/104206384.gif
