my 2003 chevy tahoe has a metal dragging sound when i hit a bump in the road

It is a sounds that lasts about 20 seconds but is loud and it is coming from the rear of the vehicle when I hit a bump in the road. I have checked under the car and nothing is loose or dragging.

Possibly a baffle in the muffler that is broke loose, influenced by bumps in the road.
