rear hatch window hinge replacement

broken plastic hinge assembly at top of window hatch access. quotes are at $500. Resonable? Pretty handy guy with proper tools.

I believe the hing is glued to the glass on this vehicle. Are they replacing the entire glass assembly? If so, that isn't a bad price for a heated glass.
