I have a 1993 GMC Suburban with a rattle noise coming from the left rear side. I only here it once in a while.

Kind of hard to diagnose over a computer. Someone is going to have to inspect it to see what is causing the noise. Common things are worn or broken anti-sway bar links, rusted and rattling tail pipe clamps, loose brackets holding the ends of the leaves on the leaf springs, and loose or broken spare tire hardware.
