So no E braking action whatsoever on this side. Is this a part one can purchase separately or do I need the entire brake? Thank you

Sounds like we just need to go through and replace the shoes and maybe adjust them.

Below you will find the process from the manual on how to replace the shoes as well. This will help with getting this repaired.
