Hi! My name is Alan.my truck is 2003 suburban 1500 z71 also,180000 miles on it. What kind engine oil use for this truck for this kind 180000 miles? I still used 10-30 oil on it. The lifter noise when weather is warm & hot. I am live in hawaii.
