Can a bad fuel composition sensor stop an engine from starting

It is unlikely that this sensor will cause the engine to not start. If the sensor is faulty, it can cause the engine to run poorly but if the engine is not running properly or not starting at all then you more than likely have a fuel issue.

Due to this being a flex fuel vehicle, there are specific things we need to start with testing.

This is the not running and you have any codes then we need to start with that.

Also, I am attaching the info that we need in order to test the sensor and replace it if that is the issue.

However, if you have a different code then we will need to follow that testing.
