I have read everything online that I can find and have tried the things that I'm able to, ie check for vac leaks, clean the maf, replaced the evap solenoid, and still can reset the codes and within a few hundred miles it's back with the same numbers. It runs fine after it warms up it just runs rough in the am.

you need a smoke test to verify any vacuum leaks. maf cleaning rarely works. the readings need to be verified as to load. the pcv system needs to be checked and the fuel pressure needs to be checked. one or all of these can give you these codes. i suggest a shop to at least do the diag for you to pinpoint the failure.
