2003 chevy silverado recently I have been hearing a noise in my right front tire area. It seems when i step on the gas and let off. the front end seems heavy like something is hold it back I replaced the front brake pads. and looked at everything. but it still is doing the same thing. It almost feels like it in 4 wheel drive but it isnt. Thanks, Chad

Check wheel bearings. Make sure the brakes are not sticking. Check for bad u-joints.
