2003 Chevrolet Silverado M Down Highway 62 Mph Faster There This Horrible

When I'm going down the highway at 62 mph and faster there is this horrible vibration throughout the cab of the truck. Oh this is a chevy 2500 HD 6.0 4x4. Other than that there hasn't been any issues. When I bought the truck they said they had replaced the Flwheel about 3 weeks ago. I thought it might be the flex plate not balanced. What elese should I check out????

u joints and tire balance have front suspension checked.
