2003 Chevrolet Silverado loss of power

The truck was a beast when I got it. The engine light come on, the ecm was bad, I changed it, now it seams like it doesnt have half the power it did have

Ecm should be installed by a pro because of anti theft as well as reprogramming. No matter what the dummies at an auto parts will tell you ecm and all modules are vin specific and must be programmed. Also check your fuel pressure with a gauge as there may be something else wrong with it as well.
