2003 Chevrolet Silverado electrical

The dome light stays on, and nothing on the drivers door works. Drivers window is down and nothing on the controls on the drivers door operates. All 3 other door panels have operation. Just the drivers door is malfunctioning. Where is the door switch that shuts off the dome light ? It appears that it is not working, as the light is on continuously ! The door panel electrical has been wet several times , as my sun/moon roof saturates the drivers side interior in a heavy rain!

have a pro scan for codes the water may have destroyed the drivers door module which controls lights an d power windows
