what could cause pcm,fuel pump fuse to blow whenever i try starting my truck

whenever i try starting the truck it turns over acts like its about to start but doesnt then it blows the pcm,fuel pump fuse which all happens in about 30 to 40 seconds

some kinda short or pump is bad.
