2003 Chevrolet Silverado Cam shaft positioning sensor

Engine shows cam shaft positioning sensor is bad. However the part is discontinued now. What are my options to make this repair.

checked at advance auto and they listed them. it may be the same as a small block like a 5.7 from earlier years
