So won't go into Park or does and won't come out?

The shifter does not want to go back in the park position. I had to tap it to get into Park. Can it be the cable or the detent lever? Appreciate the help.

How difficult is it to get to and I assume replace this item? If you have any tip to get to this part it would be very helpful.
