5. 3 engine check engine light is on code p0442 (will this make the truck go into limp mode / info center reads REDUCED ENGINE POWER replaced gas cap / cleaned mass air flow -did not help

no, it is a evap code.

the issue you have is with the fly by wire system. we need the code as it could be either the throttle body or the pedal sensor. they are each expensive so no guessing here
