2003 Chevrolet S 10 Sudden Engine Starting Give Off Rattling Noise Under Load

All of a sudden the engine is starting to give off a rattling noise when under load. Sometime it is louder than others. I have tried fuel injector cleaner and higher octane gas. It still rattles. What could it be?

Are you hearing valve ping? Basically, the valves rattle when this happens. If that is the case, check engine timing and if it is correct, check the knock sensor.
