Is there a check engine light on, does the engine light work. Are there codes in the pcm. Is it @ cretin spot in the throttle or more with speed.

no codes on check engine light the check engine light works not sure PCM?? it drives normal after you reach 45mph

do you feel the engine rpms reving up like a transmission slip???

no it acts like it is going to stall the fluid is clean no burnt smells if you give it gas the engine revs up but the car stills hesitates
