Last 10 days back I took Used Chevrolet Malibu 2003 6 cyl car please let me know what are think are required to check regarding the temp while running going to 50% of the indicator now Kuwait temp 18Degc please let me know what are the reason it will there and aboutthis and thecar was runned 1.90000 Kilo Meters please let me know what are thinks to check.

I'd be happy to help you with any question you have, but you must be clear and specific with your question. The only thing I could understand out of your question was: "Temp running at 50% and what do I think"

If it's really hot where you're driving, and/or you have the A/C running for long periods, 50% is normal. And in fact may get a little higher. So long as the gauge doesn't reach the redzone. If it does, shut off the engine immediately.
