A few months ago a spark plug blew out while I was driving down the road. I took my car to a mechanic and he had glued the cylinder (or whatever the spark plug goes into) back in and replaced the spark plug. Drove my car for a less than a month and the same spark plug blew out leaving the glued half broke off inside.

What do I have to do now? Do I have to buy a new motor?

You will have to get the spark plug hole repaired in the head and find someone that can fix your car that doesnt glue in spark plugs.
