2003 Malibu shakes when breaking

2003 Malibu was shaking when breaking. Got a wheel alignment on Friday and it still shakes. What could be the problem now.

More than likely there is a brake rotor issue, lateral runout or out of parallel. If the rotors are still serviceable(not at discard thickness), they can be resurfaced to correct the condition.
