Nothing electrical in my car works and, of course, I can't start it. Trying to do so has no result at all, no click, no whir, no lights coming on for even a second, nothing. This has been happening for a little while, but I could correct the problem by adjusting the connections to the battery. That no longer works. I've had a battery charger on it for about two hours, which showed that it was doing its thing the whole time, so I know it's not completely dead.
Thank you in advance.

Make sure the battery terminal clamps are tight. You should not be able to move them by hand. Check the fuses under the hood specifically the large ones 30 40 50 plus amp fuses. If these are good and nothing still happens with jump starting. I think you have an issue with the ignition switch. If the ignition is on the steering column then remove the covers screw and gain access to the ignition switch and wiggle the wires/connector with the key in the on position. If the ignition is in the dash remove the panels to gain access to the ignition switch and wiggle the wires/connector with the key on.
Let me know what you find. Thanks for the question
