I have a 03 chevy malibu it runs at 2500-3000 rpm after it wams up. I have changed the map, mas air flow, air intake temp, throtle pisition scensor as dionostic suggested. What else could it be?

Clean out the idle air control valve and throttle body and see what happens

Could also be a vacuum leak.
