What causes water to get in the oil?

When I check my oil, it is milky looking,and when I drive the car it runs hot.

most likely a blow head gasket from running hot. do not drive it till you get this confirmed and get it repaired as you may ruin the entire motor by driving it this way.

1500-1800 depending on the condition of the heads. if they are cracked, add another500-800
